When you first log in, you will need to create a new swimmer. From here you will be able to unleash to full power of Trackaswim.

On the screen when you login will be a button prompting you to ‘Add New Swimmer‘. Click on this button to open up the screen to setup your first swimmer.

On the pop-up form, fill in all of the details required.

At the bottom of this form are fields for UK swimmers who are associated with a club and registered with Swim England. These 2 fields will allow your times to automatically be imported and matched to ace times that get uploaded from clubs after an event.

Registration Number

This is what links all of your accounts with your official race times. Your Swim England ID is unique and used by all clubs when creating or entering an event. If you are unsure of your Swim England ID, use this link to help find it. Swim England ID lookup.

If you are not associated with Swim England or from outside the UK, this field should be left blank.

UK Swim Club 

Linking your profile to a UK Swim club will allow your coaches to also see your profile and help with any analysis. They can also help with goals or just general advice when needed.

If you are not associated with a club, or from outside the UK, please select the ‘Non UK Club Association‘ option from the dropdown.

Once you click ‘Save Racer‘ all of your details will be saved and your racer is setup ready to go.

If you have entered your Swim England ID, our system will automatically import any race times already in our system.
