One of the main areas that drives the data for Trackaswim is the meets that your child swims. These drive all of the data behind our algorithms.

To add a new meet follow the instructions below:-

Click on the ‘Add Meet’ button at the top of the ‘Meets’ page. A modal with the required information for adding a meet to your profile will appear. You will need to enter the meet details and 1 race to activate the meet entry. Additional races can be entered after the initial setup.

The following fields will need to be filled in

• Event Name – This is the name of the event and swimming club hosting.
• Event Place – Enter the name of the venue hosting the meet
• Event Date – Date of the event. (This is used for county times if the county has a date restriction period)
• Pool Length – Either 25m or 50m. This keeps the times consistent for graphing.
• Race Level – Enter the official licensed event level. Used for county times if applicable.
• Race Type – Heats or Finals. There may be both in a meet.
• Stroke – Enter the stroke raced.
• Distance – Select the distance raced.
•  Official Time – This is the official time published from the met organisers.
• Official Place – Enter the positional finish for this race.

Once everything in entered, click ‘Save Race’ and youre done!
